I have extensive experience using and am also recognized as a certified partner, with multiple CRM platforms. Behavioral customer segmentation allows for a strong understanding, and development of, the perfect customer avatar. This knowledge and my customer obsession, are the key criteria for building the customer’s journey. Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

SEM describes the paid advertising on a search engine results page (SERP). SEM involves buying and tracking PPC (pay-per-click) ads that display among search engine results. I believe in small but consistent PPC budgets. SEM should be part of a comprehensive marketing campaign.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

I have worked with leading on-page and off-page SEO software and platforms. I believe to do this effectively it needs to be recognized as its own specialty.
I am comfortable delivering basic website SEO needs and results monitoring, but large SEO budgets deserve a full-time dedicated specialist.

There is no one software solution for any company. Every organization has its unique set of needs. And so too are the marketing solutions for every company. My broad experience allows me to bring the best-integrated marketing solutions according to the needs, abilities, and budgets.

Social Media

Social Media Management with the many available delivery platforms is a much easier task than in the past. I am familiar with and have used many delivery platforms. Although the ability to deliver has become easier, it has allowed for the creation of more “noise,” underscoring the importance of creating great clever content that delivers, nurtures, and converts.
